Blueberry Spinach Smoothie

This smoothie, however unappealing the colour may look, tastes great. You can adjust the recipe quite a bit; you can add oats, change out the coconut water for milk or water, or you can use actual spinach instead of frozen spinach. Whatever you do, I’m sure it’ll taste good. Enjoy!

 

Ingredients: (Serves 1)

  • Packet of Blueberries (100-200g)
  • 2 Frozen Spinach Cubes
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 100g Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 200ml Coconut Water

 

Method:

  1. Blend it up baby
