Green Smoothie

This detoxing green smoothie is great for a day when you don’t feel so good. The kale and the pear taste so good together, and will leave you wanting more. It’s quick and easy anstill one of our favourite smoothies. Enjoy!

 

Ingredients: (Serves 1)

  • Half Banana
  • Pear
  • 80g Low Fat Yogurt
  • Large Handful of Kale
  • 250ml Coconut Water
  • 15g Oats
  • Tbsp Chia Seeds

 

Method:

  1. Blend it up baby
