Mexican Chilli

This delicious Mexican chilli con carne is packed with four of your five a day as well as being incredibly flavourful. The turkey mince is lower in fat than regular mince yet it still gives you the same texture and protein. The seasonings give the chilli a kick and more flavour. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.


Ingredients: (Serves 4)

  • 400g Turkey Mince
  • 1 Diced Red Pepper
  • 200g Chopped Mushrooms
  • 400g Tin Chopped Tomatoes
  • Handful of Kale
  • 1 Large White Onion
  • 2 Crushed Cloves of Garlic
  • Tbsp Chilli Powder
  • Tbsp Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp Cumin
  • Sprinkle of Dried Coriander
  • Salt and Pepper



  1. Dice the onion and add to a pan with 4 tbsp water on medium heat
  2. Sweat the onion, add the crushed garlic, and stir until well combined
  3. Brown the mince and add the diced pepper, mushrooms, and tomatoes
  4. Cook for 30 minutes
  5. Add the kale, chilli powder, paprika, cumin, dried coriander, and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
  6. Serve with rice
