Overnight Oats 2 Ways

These overnight oats are great for busy mornings. You make them the night before and they are ready to go when you are. You can add anything you want to suit your taste-buds. Use the master recipe (below) and add whatever you like. Here are our two favourite variations of the oats.

Master Recipe: (Serves 1)

  • 3/4 Cup Oats
  • 1/2 – 1 Cup Any Milk/Water

Cinnamon Crunch Extra Ingredients:

  • 1/8 Cup Raw Cacao Nibs
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Banana

Method:

  1. Add your oats and chosen milk/water to a tupperware and stir in raw cacao nibs and cinnamon
  2. Leave to soak up liquid in the fridge overnight
  3. Top your oats with banana and enjoy!

 

Berry Blast Extra Ingredients:

  • 3/4 Cup Frozen Berries
  • 5 Strawberries

Method:

  1. Add your oats and chosen milk/ water to a tupperware, mix together and top with your favourite frozen berries
  2. Leave to soak up liquid in the fridge overnight
  3. Take out the fridge, and add strawberries on top!
