Protein Pancakes

Our pancakes are much lower in sugar and higher in protein than regular pancakes. Made with only three ingredients, these protein packed delights will satisfy your brunch needs whilst keeping you fuller for longer. They hardly take any time and are cheap, easy and quick. Our pancakes can be frozen so make a big batch and save some for later!


Ingredients: (Serves 2)

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 6 Tbsp Wholemeal Flour


  1. Blend banana, eggs, and egg whites until well combined and frothy
  2. Add dry ingredients and blend mixture
  3. Heat a pan with a little coconut oil (or butter)
  4. Cook pancakes (freeze or enjoy warm)
