Healthy Nutella

Nutella is incredibly addictive but really is not healthy. This alternative still has a lot of sweet ingredients so we recommend to not have a lot of it in one go. However, it’s still very yummy and we love it.

Ingredients:

  • 150g Hazelnuts
  • 2 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Roast the hazelnuts for 12 mins
  3. Remove the outer layer of the hazelnuts and leave to cool
  4. Put in a blender and blend until smooth (this took about 1 minute)
  5. Add the other ingredients and blend until well combined
