PB + Banana Smoothie

This smoothie has everything you need for breakfast – protein, carbs, healthy fats, and fruit. You can take away the oats if you’re looking for a less filling snack. However, we recommend leaving them in as it leaves you feeling full and satisfied.

Ingredients: (Serves 1)

  • 30g Oats
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter (swap this for any nut butter)
  • Handful of Ice
  • 250ml Any Milk (we used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 Banana


  1. Place ingredients in blender and blitz it up
  2. Pour into cup and drink
