Over half of your body is made out of water. Therefore, it is vital to drink a lot of it. Water also helps towards nicer skin, suppresses appetite, and generally helps you stay healthy. By drinking water you could save yourself so much money. Here are three common issues and solutions to make sure you are drinking enough.
If you dislike the taste of water:

Another way of drinking water is drinking something like tea or coffee regularly. Obviously you should not get all of your water from caffeinated or sugar loaded beverages so we still recommend drinking a bit of plain water.

If you pick other beverages over water:
Carrying a water bottle with you everywhere is a good idea as then you do not have to pay for drinks while you are at work, at school, or out. Having things accessible makes them much more appealing. Therefore, you will be more likely to drink water. This also saves loads of money that you can go on and buy something else with. If you are forgetful and don’t remember to bring a bottle you could buy one instead of buying your usual beverage. Say you swapped a daily purchase of a £1.50 fizzy juice for a daily purchase of a 50p bottle of water, you would have saved yourself £365 in just one year.
